Cappucino
Taking its name from the brown robes and white hoods of the Capuchin Monks. Make an espresso into about a 180ml - 240ml cup then top with steamed milk and about a third foam.
-
Once you have foamed your milk give it a spin around in the jug, it should go a little smoother and glossy looking and stops the foam sticking, then get close to the espresso in your cup and pour with a little wiggle to tease the foam forward.
