Espresso
An espresso is an intense flavoured, rich bodied, coffee about 25-30ml long. It has a dark body topped by a hazelnut brown Crema. It is usually served in a 60-90ml cup.

When making your espresso it should flow slowly, like honey from a spoon, settling out like a little Guinness, but a maximum of 30ml long.
