An award winning South Californian coffee maker has revealed that there are only two things need to make the perfect cuppa.

In a WorldCoffeeNews.com scoop, the Klatch Coffee company said that the secret to excellent coffee is twofold: “first, the staple source of fresh green coffee beans are key and, secondly, the coffee should be roasted to pitch-perfect flavour, or as near as.”

Since 1993 the company has been recognised by professional tasters across the world for its delicious beans that are perfect for bean to cup coffee machines.
