Lady Gaga reveals her blasphemous drinking habits

Global superstar Lady Gaga has come clean about a deep and dark blasphemous secret: she drinks coffee out of a teacup.

The 25-year-old Born This Way singer is never far from the magazine spreads with her kooky and peculiar dress sense. More often than not though, she is snapped holding her famed English teacup that has travelled the world as much as she has.

Gaga’s admission is unlikely to phase the stern tea drinkers of Britain however. The American star - born Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta - has scored four number one’s in the UK and laughed off suggestions that anyone would take offence at her confession.

“Oh no, blasphemy, I’m drinking coffee in an English cup!” she scoffed during an interview with More! Magazine. “This is more blasphemous than the Judas video!”

Gaga admitted that she enjoys her coffee with milk and sweetener in a Yahoo! News report. When asked if she keeps a strict diet to maintain her slender figure, she admitted, without guilt, that caffeine and cigarettes were a very important staple to her.

“Erm, dieting? No, it’s just coffee and cigarettes!” she smiled.

With so many parties to attend and so much time on the road, Gaga - who sounds like she could do with a Gaggia on her roadie - revealed that she is often mistaken for being an extrovert.

“I get shy in Hollywood,” she says. “At the very big ‘celebrity’ events”.
